Ipamorelin (Ipamorelin) is a pentapeptide (AIB-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2), which shows a high ability and efficiency in the release of GH (Growth hormone, Growth hormone).

Ipamorelin injectable induces the secretion of growth hormone and mimics ghrelin in the body. The unique properties of Ipamorelin include more stimulation of growth hormone (GH) production than other GHRPs, as well as selective GH production. Ipamorelin is the second generation of GHRP (growth hormone releasing pethid). Unlike its predecessors GHRP-2 and GHRP-6, ipamorelin does not cause the side effects of intense hunger or increased levels of prolactin and cortisol. The significant release of growth hormone itself is associated with both the suppression of somatostatin and the stimulation of the release of growth hormone GH from the anterior pituitary gland, as is the case with GHRP-6. When using Ipamorelin with growth hormone stimulants such as GRF 1-29 and CJC-1295, these peptides multiply the effect of each other, which gives an even greater release of growth hormone.
